Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB: You are not entitled to a right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal according to the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art.1382 ZGB:
A deposit of 30% is required for all additional services. In the event of cancellation, the cancellation policy for additional servicescorresponds to that of the apartment shown
- If canceled up to 31 days before arrival, a processing fee of 45.00 euros will be charged.
- If canceled within 30 to 15 days before arrival, we reserve the deposit one.
- If canceled within 14 days before arrival, fees of 90% will be charged of the total amount booked.
- If canceled on the day of arrival, fees of 100% of the booked amount will be charged Total amount.
- In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, Cancellation fees of 100% apply to the booked, not used taken days.
