Sustainable for generations – for future generations

For generations, our ancestors and parents have cultivated and worked the land with dedication and respect. Healthy foods are harvested with great diligence, and our goal is to carefully preserve this valuable soil and pass it on to the next generation.

Sustainability is our mission and drives us.

Biodynamic farming – in harmony with the Nature

Over the years, a mixture of meadows, pastures, vineyards, apples, pears and a little grain has developed on our farm. Today we rely on biodynamic farming to promote the natural balance of our soils and at the same time preserve the diversity of the plant world. For our own needs, we grow corn, potatoes, fruit, vegetables and herbs in the kitchen garden – all according to old tradition and in the best organic quality.

Livestock farming with heart

Our livestock farming is an important part of farm life. The preservation of the Tyrolean Chicken, the Steinhendl, as well as the Sulmthaler chicken is particularly close to our hearts.

Our goats, guinea pigs and rabbits are not only cared for by us, but also by the little guests who can feed and observe them. In this way, each animal contributes to the natural cycle of the farm.
